  Cool place off of the Plaza. Food was very good. Beer selection and prices are good ($3-$5). Service was awesome.

  On a Saturday night my friend and I went to check this place out after eating and going to another bar that was crowded and not exactly what we were looking for. When we walked in, the crowd was fairly small with many tables having dinner guests. After our first beer, a band started to set up and people started filing in, many we recognized from the 2 other places we visited previously.
  
  The crowd started to buzz quite a bit and we enjoyed people watching from our table right next to the bouncers station. When the Damn Band started to play about 4 beers in, we were glad we stayed. The crowd erupted into dancing everywhere there wasn't tables. It was clear that this place was where everyone knew everyone else and even if you weren't from there, there were no strangers, just new friends.
  Good natured crowd just trying to enjoy themselves. No exclusivity to out-of-towners.
  
  Great place to check out if you're in Taos; seemed like the best party in town.
